Company Charges

When you call you’ll be told how much you’ll be charged for each hour the engineer does, including all diagnostic work.

We only charge for time we are on site repairing the problem or diagnosing it, we do not charge traveling time and do not have a callout charge.

Quotes & Estimates

Once our engineer has diagnosed your problem our engineer can give you a fixed price to supply and fit to solve the problem.

We only give free quotes on new Boiler & Bathroom Installations.

Payment

Once our engineer has either diagnosed the problem or repaired it, they will take payment by card, cash or bank transfer we do not except cheques, all our engineers carry card machines for your convenience.

If further work needs to be carried out we may request a deposit for materials.

We except all major credit cards.

Guarantee

work performed by DJC Plumbing, Heating & Gas Services engineers and materials are guaranteed for one year.
